V. Process and Packaging Requirements

    1. Add number tubes at both ends of the wiring harness for clear and traceable marking.
    2. Wrap and fix tapes at branch points and key positions for vibration resistance.
    3. Wire length meets tolerance requirements, avoiding extreme tolerance values.
    4. Terminal crimping is full, with no loose connection or broken core, compliant with GB/T 14315-2008.
    5. No damage, skin breakage or skewed pins on the appearance.
  • Packaging Requirements
    • Each PCS shall be individually packaged to prevent abrasion during transportation.
    • Mark part number, quantity and customer information on outer carton.
    • Comply with environmental requirements and meet RoHS/REACH regulations.
